A ministry to assist eligible individuals obtain free or low-cost prescription drugs. Eligible individuals must not have Medicaid or other prescription drug coverage.*

Hours of Operation: Mondays from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Please bring the following to each visit:

  • Medication bottles or prescription(s)
  • Drivers License
  • Social Security Card
  • Income Information
  • Supplemented Insurance Cards
  • Medicaid Denied Letter
  • Pharmacy Print-out
* There may be assistance from some of the Pharmaceutical Companies for individuals on Medicare Part D (Prescription Coverage) who are in the “do-nut hole”.
